PAY YOUR ACCOUNT

All Direct Delivery customers are invoiced on a monthly basis (in arrears) and for your convenience we offer a wide variety of ways to pay.

By debit/credit card

If you have a touchtone phone you can make a credit or debit card payment by calling our 24 hour, 7 day per week telephone number on 0845 300 7001. You will need to quote the 18-digit reference number that appears in the reference box on your tear-off remittance slip. Alternatively you can call our payments helpline on 01604 467206.

By cheque

Please complete the tear-off remittance slip and send it along with your cheque in the FREEPOST envelope enclosed with your bill. Please also write your 18-digit reference number on the reverse of your cheque.

Building Society or Post Office

You can use the tear-off Girocredit slip to make a payment at any bank, building society or Post Office (standard fee payable at PO counter).

Telephone or Internet Banking

You can make a payment to us directly from your bank into our bank account number 06390366, sort code 30-00-00 quoting the 18-digit reference number, which appears on your tear-off remittance slip.

Secure Payments Website

Using your debit card you can make payments using the secure internet site www.billpayment.co.uk . Online payments are payable to Johnston Cash Processing.

Branch Office

You can still pay in person at any of our branch offices. Please take your account details with you when you making your payment.
