Fort Kochi (or Fort Cochin) is in Kerala's coastal village town on south west coastal strip of India. Fort Kochi has traded its spices like cardamon, ginger, turmeric sandal wood and black pepper - with Arab, Chinese and European merchants for thousands of years.

Our chef mastered the skill and art of cooking of this distinctive cuisine at an early age in his kitchen at home under the guidance of his mother.
